This site is for all those searching for their place and purpose in the universe. My own journey began with the realization that though my basic needs were fulfilled, there was something missing from my inner world.Over the last fifty years I have studied many philosophies, religions, cosmologies and mythologies, seeking out the meaning of why I was here and what, if anything I was meant to do.What I discovered were real ideas that offer a possibility of transforming life’s negative influences into food for a spiritual journey. I wrote these books to share that knowledge with you.

Our planet is in a Kairos time: the ancient Greek expression for a time of maximum danger and maximum opportunity. The dangers are obvious: our imploding environment, deepening gender inequality, ever widening economic imbalance, antagonistic race relations, religious zealotry, and many others. The opportunities, however, are not so clear.Notes Along the Way: A Pilgrim’s Progress is a collection of essays based in ancient esoteric knowledge that offers an opportunity for creating a new positive paradigm of life, which can feed one's mind and heart, and soothe their soul.

Glimpses Into Beelzebub’s Tales: A Commonsensical Approach is a peek into G. I. Gurdjieff’s opus, Beelzebub’s Tales to his Grandson, which views the world as a living, unified, and understandable whole.Although Gurdjieff gives sage advice for an individual on a spiritual journey, his psychological and cosmological treasures are hidden from view by our ingrained habits of thinking and feeling. These days when we communicate with initials, emojis, and abbreviations, Gurdjieff’s use of language and syntax may be “indigestible” without a little explanation.
